Four people have been injured, three critically after a man went on a stabbing rampage at a supermarket in Dunedin on Monday.Police said a suspect, who one witness described as having a psychotic episode, had been arrested after what seemed to be a random attack and would appear in court on Tuesday. Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern said there was no evidence the attack was a domestic terrorism incident.
