Renowned Chinese respiratory disease expert Zhong Nanshan has highly commented on a recent report released by the World Health Organization's Independent Panel for Pandemic Preparedness and Response, saying it is aimed at offering an overall guidance for a global response mechanism against future pandemics such as COVID-19.
