Fourteen-year-old Aiden Fucci is being charged as an adult with first-degree murder in the brutal stabbing of 13-year-old Tristyn Bailey. The initial charge of second-degree murder in connection with Bailey's death was upgraded to first-degree murder due to the nature of the crime, officials announced.
