IMF chief calls for comprehensive plan to vaccinate at least 40 pct of world's population by year end

International Monetary Fund (IMF) Managing Director Kristalina Georgieva on Saturday called for "a comprehensive plan" to vaccinate at least 40 percent of the world's population by the end of this year.
