Ashkelon (Israel) (AFP) – The Israeli Antiquities Authority reveals the remains of a 2,000-year-old basilica that dates back to the era of King Herod, the biblical Roman-Jewish king who ruled Jerusalem two millennia ago, in the southern Israeli city of Ashkelon.
