The Prime Minister’s former senior aide Dominic Cummings published WhatsApp messages which appear to show Boris Johnson referring to his Health Secretary as ‘totally f****** hopeless’ in an exchange over testing capacity for Covid-19.
Cummings has not held back on criticising Hancock since he left No 10, telling an MPs committee last month that the Health Secretary should have been sacked on several occasions over his handling of the pandemic.
