Fifa (Jordan) (AFP) – Jordan is racing against time to save a tiny rare fish from extinction as its last habitat threatens to dry up. The Dead Sea toothcarp – or Aphanius dispar richardsoni – has been on the red list of the International Union for Conservation of Nature since 2014.
