Kate Beckinsale is no stranger to having her love life paraded in the public eye, but she now claims she’s never gone on ‘a proper date’ with someone.
“Do you know, I’ve really barely ever been on a date,” she told Extra. “Like I literally kind of meet someone, get to know them at work and then either marry them or get pregnant by them, on the whole.”
And the 47-year-old actress is certainly not interested in being set up on a blind date. “I just can’t think of anything I’d hate more than sitting in front of somebody I don’t know, that, chances are, I won’t like, and have to sit and watch them eat food.”
Kate has a 22-year-old daughter, Lily, from her relationship with actor Michael Sheen from 1995 to 2003 and was married to producer Len Wiseman from 2004 until 2016.
