The theory that the COVID-19 virus originally leaked from a laboratory in central China's Wuhan City is "extremely unlikely", said experts on Thursday. Speaking on a China Global Television Network (CGTN) program, Alan Whiteside, CIGI Chair in Global Health Policy at the Balsillie School of International Affairs, said that the outbreak of the novel coronavirus was most likely a zoonotic event.
