Cardi B is among several celebrities who rallied behind Lizzo after the singer broke down on Instagram Live over online bullying.
The Rumors singer was stunned after receiving ‘fatphobic’, ‘racist’ and ‘hurtful’ comments and went on to say that some people don’t like her because of how she looks.
Cardi B, who features alongside Lizzo on the music video, rushed to her defence saying that trolls ‘try to put their insecurities on you’. She called on people to stop dismissing a woman’s ‘emotions on bullying’.
Other celebrities who backed Lizzo include Missy Elliott, Chloe Bailey and Jameela Jamil.
