Janet Jackson has shared a glimpse of her upcoming documentary, JANET.
The five-time Grammy award-winner promises “the truth” in the teaser for the movie which has been five years in the making.
Over the course of two, two-hour episodes it will chronicle the highs and lows of both her personal and professional life, including the death of her brother Michael Jackson and notorious 2004 Super Bowl half-time performance with Justin Timberlake.
Missy Elliott, Mariah Carey and Paula Abdul will also appear to reflect on the 55-year-old’s illustrious career.
The documentary’s release next year will coincide with the 40th anniversary of Janet’s debut album.
