JoJo Siwa and Jenna Johnson have made Dancing With The Stars history after being named the show’s first ever same-sex couple.
The 18-year-old singer and the 27-year-old professional dancer’s pairing was confirmed during the premiere of the show’s 30th season on Monday evening.
Dance Moms alum Siwa, who came out as LGBTQIA+ in January, said she was “really, really proud” to be part of the first same-sex pairing.
Adding: “What I love to do is make truly being who you are easier for kids.”
Agreeing, Johnson said: “We’re going to be inspiring for people that come after us”.
