In the three minute clip, Peter Griffin is debating whether or not to get get vaccinated.
Stewie and Brian Griffin then set about explaining the science behind the vaccine combining real education facts with typical Family Guy humour.
Written and performed by Family Guy creator Seth MacFarlane, he joked that he felt it was necessary to do something since Fox News was doing its part in encouraging people to get vaccinated.
