Uma Thurman has revealed she had an abortion as a teenager as she hit out against strict new Texas laws.
The Kill Bill actress, 51, got candid in a new open-ed for The Washington Post.
Explaining the circumstances under which she decided to have a termination, she described it as the “hardest decision” of her life and called it her “darkest secret”.
Conceding that it had been the right choice for her at the time, she went on to call the law that was passed in Texas in May a “human rights crisis”.
