Xi-Biden virtual meeting sends positive signal on mutual exchanges: former WTO chief

The virtual meeting between Chinese President Xi Jinping and U.S. President Joe Biden has sent a positive signal to the world that the two countries will further strengthen exchanges, Pascal Lamy, a former WTO director-general, said on Wednesday.
