Republican Rep. Lauren Boebert of Colorado suggested to a crowd for a second time in September that Democratic Rep. Ilhan Omar, whom she called "black-hearted" and "evil," was a terrorist. Video of Boebert making similar comments in November surfaced earlier this week.
