World Health Organization (WHO) chief Dr. Tedros Ghebreyesus said the emergence of the "highly-mutated" Omicron variant is a reminder that the uneven vaccine distribution will lead to more coronavirus variants at the opening of a special session of the World Health Assembly on Monday.
