Former President of Latvia Vaira Vike-Freiberga said China has been exemplary in applying public health measures to protect its citizens from the COVID-19 pandemic that still gripped the world. Vike-Freiberga spoke on the sidelines of the two-day 2021 Imperial Springs International Forum that opened in Guangzhou City of south China's Guangdong Province.
