New York City police have taken a man into custody after he allegedly set a Christmas tree on fire outside of the Fox News Studios in Manhattan. NYPD spokesperson Detective Adam Navarro tells CNN the fire broke out just after midnight on December 8. CNN's Brynn Gingras reports.
