GOP lawmaker says he believes some lawmakers 'instigated' insurrection

Rep. Adam Kinzinger (R-IL) says he believes some members of Congress knew the insurrection would happen ahead of events on January 6 and some lawmakers even "instigated" the siege on the Capitol.
