Innovation and infrastructure are the key parts of the development of Northern Metropolis in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR), said officials.In her fifth policy address in October, Chief Executive Carrie Lam said Hong Kong will develop a new metropolis in its northern part to better integrate itself into the overall development of the country.
