Dubai virtual waiter startup Opaala sees demand surge during Covid-19 pandemic

Co-founders Marwan Saab and Giles Wright invented a smart, contactless solution for restaurants. Since launching in 2019, their platform Opaala has been taken up by more than 350 venues across 14 countries.
