The smooth operation of the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympic Games is much better than expected and will leave precious legacies for the sport development, said leaders of international sport federations. Around 2,900 athletes from 91 countries and regions are competing in the ice and snow sports in the ongoing Winter Olympics Games which officially opened on Feb 4.
