Voronezh (Russia) (AFP) – Images released by the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations show civilians, mostly women, children, and the elderly, from the separatist so-called Donetsk People's Republic in east Ukraine, arriving at a train station in the southwestern city of Voronezh.
