Putin orders Ukraine offensive to continue after Lugansk captured

Moscow (AFP) – Russian President Vladimir Putin orders Defence Minister Sergei Shoigu to press ahead with Moscow’s offensive in Ukraine after troops took control of the entire Lugansk region.
