Alec Baldwin’s charges over ‘Rust’ shooting ‘set to be dropped’

Almost 18 months after cinematographer Halyna Hutchins was shot and killed on the set of ‘Rust’, Alec Baldwin’s charges over the tragedy are reportedly set to be dropped.
