Ukraine dam destruction a ‘consequence’ of Russian invasion: UN chief

United Nations (United States) (AFP) – United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres says that the partial destruction of the Kakhovka dam in Ukraine is “another devastating consequence” of Russia’s invasion of its neighbor.
