Bangladesh children sweat at home as heatwave shuts schools

Dhaka (AFP) – Millions of pupils in Bangladesh were told to stay home this week as the country experiences one of its worst heatwaves on record, with temperatures 4-5 degrees Celsius above the long-term average.
