Zelensky says Kursk offensive ‘slowed’ Russian advance in east Ukraine

Kyiv (Ukraine) (AFP) – Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky says that Kyiv’s incursion into Russia’s Kursk border region “slowed” the progress of Moscow’s troops in the Donetsk region.
