Allemagne : Friedrich Merz élu chancelier après un vote historique au second tour

Le chef des conservateurs, qui a signé un accord de coalition avec les sociaux-démocrates, a été désigné 10e chancelier fédéral d’Allemagne ce mardi après un échec inédit au premier tour.
