Sarajevo (AFP) – American actor Willem Dafoe, who has starred in over 100 films since the late 1970s including “Platoon” and “Finding Nemo”, receives the “Heart of Sarajevo” award at the Sarajevo Film Festival for his “outstanding contribution to the art of cinema”. The festival, a major annual gathering for the film industry in Southeast Europe, aims to promote regional productions while also regularly attracts global stars.
