Kathmandu (AFP) – People in Kathmandu celebrate Kukur Tihar, the second day of the five-day Tihar festival, which is dedicated to honouring dogs as agents of Yama, the Hindu God of Death and Justice, and for appreciating their loyalty and companionship to humans.
