Gyeongju (AFP) – Chilean President Gabriel Boric says “No” to war, urging Russia and Israel to respect international law and calling for an end to “protectionism” during his speech at the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) summit in Gyeongju, South Korea. “We have two elephants in the room: war and protectionism,” he tells world economic leaders, adding, “Peace is disruptive, but we must fight for it”.
