Berlin (AFP) – Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky says “progress” has been made in Berlin talks with the US envoys on Washington’s security guarantees for Ukraine in its showdown with Russia. During his press conference after the talks, Zelensky adds that Kyiv and Washington still have divergent positions on the key question of ceding Ukrainian territory after two days of talks in Berlin aimed at ending the war with Russia.
