Moscow (AFP) – Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov says that Russia “poses no threat to any country” and concerns raised by France’s top general are “absolutely unfounded”. France’s chief of the defence staff General Fabien Mandon said the possibility of a war with Russia in the next few years remained his “primary concern” as he defended efforts to ramp up defence spending.
