Pjöngjang (AFP) – Footage released by North Korea’s state broadcaster, KCTV, shows leader Kim Jong Un attending a ceremony with his wife, Ri Sol Ju, and daughter, Kim Ju Ae, to mark the 81st anniversary of the founding of the Workers’ Party of Korea. Tensions are ratcheting up between North and South Korea, after weeks of mounting friction over a landmine explosion along their heavily fortified border.
