Limoges (France) (AFP) – The French Prime Minister Sebastien Lecornu says the “threat level remains high” ahead of planned protests across France this weekend. Speaking at a police station in Limoges, where on October 17 the 19th century town hall was burnt down in violent protests, Lecornu says authorities are more prepared for the new protests, with more deployed officers and more effective intelligence.
