Islamabad (AFP) – A new attraction at a zoo in Islamabad is offering visitors a unique experience. Multi Zoo on the outskirts of Pakistan’s capital has imported alpacas so guests in its cafe can enjoy their drinks and snacks while admiring the animals. The herd of ten alpacas is the only one of its kind in Pakistan, according to the zoo. “They are winter animals. When they first arrived here, it was summer. To protect them from the heat, we installed air coolers around them,” the zoo’s general manager Muhammad Younas told AFP.
