Toledo (AFP) – People in Toledo reflect the day after a high-speed rail collision that happened nearby in the central province of Castilla-La Mancha, claiming the lives of 69 people. A provisional morgue is set up at the Institute of Forensic Medicine, where authorities are carrying out victim identification procedures. “It shouldn’t happen in the 21st century,” says 65-year-old Carlos Leon Fernandes.
