Rihanna has been unveiled as Vogue Italia’s June cover star and the pop superstar earned her fee on set, photographing and styling herself for the shoot.
The 33-year-old rocks the “Rihanna by Rihanna” issue wearing a see-through Valentino gown and high heels with laces all the way up her thighs.
By contrast, she piles on the layers in another image, wearing three pairs of pants and even more jackets, sparking immediate comparisons to a classic Friends episode – the one where Joey wears all the clothes.
One fan responded on Instagram: “I love her but all I see is the @friends episode with Joey.”
Rihanna also poses in a transparent tulle Blumarine dress covered in roses and a sheer feathered Saint Laurent frock paired with Versace platforms.
