Doha (AFP) – The Afghani people “expected much more” from the latest talks in Doha between the Afghan government and Taliban says Abdullah Abdullah who oversees the Afghan government’s delegation. For months, the Afghan government and the Taliban have been meeting on and off in the Qatari capital, but have achieved little, if any, notable success but Abdullah says “the door is open” for further talks.
