Putin says terrorists must be prevented from leaving Afghanistan

Moscow (AFP) – Russian President Vladimir Putin warns against “terrorists” entering neighbouring countries from Afghanistan, including under the guise of refugees and calls on the global community to prevent the “collapse” of the country.
