The commitments made by developed countries to mobilizing 100 billion U.S. dollars per year to help developing countries tackle and adapt to climate change are progressing steadily and expected to be fulfilled in the next few years, said officials on Wednesday at the 26th session of the Conference of the Parties (COP26).
