The world has seen a new peak of COVID-19 cases reported last week, and scientific tools including vaccines need to be shared fairly and quickly with all countries, Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, director-general of the World Health Organization (WHO) said at a regular COVID-19 briefing session on Thursday.
