France's Prime Minister Jean Castex says his country offers its "unwavering support" for the Ukrainian people and calls for sanctions against Russia for its "unspeakable acts," after Russian President Vladimir Putin recognised the two Ukrainian seperatist regions of Donetsk and Luhansk as independent.
