Despite global economic ups and downs induced by the COVID-19 pandemic, China-Europe freight train business in German city Duisburg has picked up steam and tided over the headwinds by serving as new driving forces for the Belt and Road Initiative. As the main railway container distribution center in Duisburg, the DIT Duisburg Intermodal Terminal is the largest of the nine local freight stations, and it is also the terminal of China-Europe freight train in Europe.
