Macron says he suggested a UN resolution to Putin to end Odessa blockade

Brussels (AFP) – French President Emmanuel Macron says he and German Chancellor Olaf Scholz have urged Vladimir Putin to end Russia’s blockade of the Ukrainian port of Odessa under the terms of a UN resolution.
