'It was a fantastic visit': Queen Elizabeth was 'full of fun' at Balmoral dinner just days before death

Rt Rev Dr Iain Greenshields went to stay with Queen Elizabeth at her Balmoral estate in Scotland last weekend and described her as being 'full of fun' and said it was a 'great shock' to hear she was gravely ill just days later.
