Brits turn to ‘warm space’ libraries as cost-of-living crisis bites

Ipswich (United Kingdom) (AFP) – Faced with a cost-of-living crisis and plummeting temperatures, many vulnerable Brits are being forced to turn to public libraries offering “warm spaces”, free food and other charitable services this winter.
