Jason Sudeikis and his ex-partner Olivia Wilde have been accused of trying to "silence" their former nanny.

A lawyer acting for Jason Sudeikis and Olivia Wilde's former nanny has urged the courts not to give the pair "special treatment" and to have their dispute aired in a jury trial.
